In the capital services sector Mr. Medina represents his clients interest in the local and global capital markets by providing senior mezzanine and equity capital placement services for construction, bridge, semi permanent, permanent and construction financing. Mr. Medina’s earlier involvement in the feasibility and acquisition or refinancing process  will not only assess clients in their budgeting and expectations for financing, but ensure a transaction will run smoothly from inception to completion.
